AKP remodeled two of our bathrooms in 2022 and recently finished two additional rooms in our basement. AKP remodeled our very old and crusty 25 year old bathroom. It had mold, a tiny shower, a big old corner bathtub and was really gross. He built us a beautiful new shower with a bench seat fit for kings and queens, and new gorgeous countertops. He was so patient with me and answered all my dumb questions and gave me suggestions on what to do when I didn't know what I wanted. I hired AKP Construction to remodel my very small bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The original layout was terrible—it had a pedestal sink, linoleum flooring, an un-leveled toilet, and a bathtub crammed into such a tight space that the door couldn’t even open without hitting the toilet. I knew I needed a complete overhaul, and AKP Construction exceeded all my expectations. They transformed the space into a stunning, functional bathroom. They knocked down a wall to expand the room, leveled the floor, and installed beautiful luxury vinyl flooring. They also repiped another wall to make room for a spacious 4-foot vanity with white cabinets and soft-close drawers. But the true highlight is the marble tub surround, which they extended all the way to the ceiling—it makes the room feel so much bigger and more luxurious. The finishing touches, like modern baseboards and a large mirror, really tie everything together. And best of all, the door now opens fully!
